Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your IGN Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn garments with all designer tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the shipment until it reaches our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
